  • A true “Owner’s” deepest desire is to elevate others to a higher future.

What to Do:

  1. Never go alone. Don’t perform individual tasks, but empower others through shared responsibility.
  2. Recognize. Recruit. Refine. Release.
  3. Make your span of care a step above your pace of growth.
