We’re in an unprecedented moment – a time when the future seems uncertain and the present out of control. In situations like this, it is not uncommon to experience high levels fear, anxiety, and stress, all of which can take a serious toll on our health, our relationships, and our well-being.

While we hold firmly to our faith that God will see us through, we also recognize that these emotions can be difficult to face alone and we all need a little help sometimes to process what we’re experiencing. As a faith community, we want to provide you with practical knowledge, tools, and practices that can help you understand what you may be facing, and support you, however this is affecting you.

In this five-week workshop, we’ll hear from local mental health professionals on topics such as the effects of stress and anxiety on our bodies and minds, dealing with family conflict, and processing our grief and loneliness. We’ll also provide pastoral care and support to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life.

Join us for an hour each Thursday for the next five weeks (4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21) as we face our fear, and other struggles, together.
