Join us as we celebrate the completion of the improvements for Compel 1.0 with a House Party!
Each week at Be Hope Church, you hear us say, “we cheer what we champion!” While it may seem like a simple 5-word statement, it is truly an action that we live out with intentionality in our giving. Each week, we share stories about how lives are transformed by Jesus through opportunities created by your giving. You are a significant part of moving the mission forward and exponentially growing His kingdom. Luke 14:23 says, “Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.” The urgency of this invitation is powerful. We are the ones called to bring others in to fill God’s house.
Our goal for Compel 1.0, that kicked off in April 2023, was to raise $1.4 million for the entirety of the Phase 1 projects (listed below). To date, we have received $1,075,000 with $325,000 to go! We’re so close.
As of March 2024, we’ve achieved the successful completion of these improvements for Compel 1.0:
- New signage
- Remodel of the front façade of the building
- Roof & exterior painted and refreshed
- 50 additional parking spots added to the southeast corner of the Beavercreek Campus
- Sanctuary update
- Removed pews & added chairs to increase seating capacity
- LED wall, new projectors, and screens for an enhanced visual experience
- New AV system
- Removal of original sound booth and construction of a new sound booth in a more centralized location
- Enhancement of online experience with the aforementioned sanctuary updates
Our online views have increased from 729 in 2023 to 821 within the first quarter of 2024. Similarly, we’ve filled His house with an increase of average in-person attendance of 1,600 in 2023 to 1,800 within the first 3 months of 2024. As we complete Compel 1.0, we are seeing an average of 364 kids in Be Hope Kids ministry which propels us into Compel 2.0!
