Children’s Ministry

This opportunity is for a passionate person who is ready to learn the insides of Children’s Ministry at Be Hope Church. You will work closely with the Be Hope Children’s Pastors over 12 weeks to create a more dynamic children’s environment and continue to enhance the Be Hope culture and mission within Children’s Ministry.

Beavercreek, OH 25 hrs/week

Curriculum and Toddlers

Block 1 // 6 Weeks

  • Working with Curriculum Team to implement lessons
  • Weekend preparations with Pastors and Children’s Admin. Assistant
  • Gain Experience in Nursery, Toddler, and Pre-School, and how to plan for those rooms

Elementary School and Kids Camp

Block 2 // 6 Weeks

  • Attend Camp with Be Hope Church (June 15-20)
  • Attend Summer Jam (July 1-3)
  • Gain Experience in Kindergarten and Slide Room
  • Teach a lesson in the Gym
  • Teach a lesson in the Slide Room

Event Planning and Lessons

Throughout all 12 weeks

  • Help lead and plan summer events
  • Learn Planning Center and work on connecting with Hope Team members and families
  • Help lead and plan a Hope Team event
