Student Ministry

Be Hope Student Ministry Internship is for people who are excited about students taking steps in their faith and working towards mission of students owning their own faith. At Be Hope, we seek to be someone’s first church and one of the greatest places we see that is in our student ministry department. You will work closely with Be Hope’s youth pastors to learn how to develop Hope Team members, pastor students, and plan and execute summer events for grades 6-12.

  • Personality and Strength Testing
  • Vision Casting and Team Communication
  • Team Organization and Structure
  • Settings Goals

Leading and Pastoring

Block 2 // 9 Weeks

  • Content Creation
  • Sermons : Content/Creative Elements
  • Galvanizing Team : Casting vision, running rally
  • Developing relationships with team members
  • Camp Counselor! Requirements : good attitude, willingness to lead small group
  • Collaborate with teams (Media Team, Staff, Hope Teams, Curriculum Teams)
