Media Producer

As the Media Producer, you’ll help lead and grow the Be Hope Creative ministry by producing and leading a team to create media content for global, online, and campus needs.

Our leaders challenge the status-quo and champion ways to move the mission forward through learning, accountability, and transparency. On our team, we grow leaders through mentorship, professional training, and provide resources for maintaining healthy work-habits. We have the opportunity to witness lives, families, and communities transformed as we have already celebrated 976 baptisms out of our 10-year goal of 1,041!

General Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce media videos for various ministries.
  • Edit sermons for all online outlets, including YouTube, Livestream, etc.
  • Set up and tear down all AV media needs for online events.
  • Manage and maintain all media equipment used for online events.
  • Lead online productions on Sundays.
  • Schedule Hope Team as needed to assist with productions.
  • Assist other media team members with production as needed.
  • Schedule and train ministry specific production team members.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a church setting, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, production, communications or related field.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong leader with a solid work ethic, possess the passion and gifts required to develop and improve creative use of the arts.
