Colossians 1:15-27

It’s not enough to know our expectation of God, we must understand God’s expectation of us.

The expectation of God is that you would do the work of Christ.

It is not humility to speak and live in a way that downplays the power of God in you, it’s arrogance.

Because Christ is in you, you still have a “go”.

If you’re going to experience the promise, you have to be part of the process.

As you reflect on the message this week, use some of these questions to consider how God might be working within and around you.

What do you think God expects of you?
How does the assurance of Christ in you change your perception of what God expects of you?
Have you ever downplayed the power of God in your life for the sake of humility?
What passion is God asking you to pursue?
How can you “Go” this week?
