Relationships matter in any organization. Do we take the initiative to make them a priority in even small ways? In today’s podcast, we hear from former Wright State University Athletic Director, Bob Grant, and the lessons he learned around how simple relationships make a difference.
Bob served voluntarily and on staff for 30-plus years at Wright State University with the last 16 years as the Athletic Director. Wright State University is located in Dayton, Ohio just a few minutes away from our Beavercreek Campus. Bob’s leadership in the community over the years has not only impacted this region, but he has shared his leadership lessons with our leaders at Be Hope and we’re excited to hear from him again.
