Genesis 4:1-10

Exodus 3 – Moses and the burning bush.

Comparison is the thief of joy.

Unless you care, you won’t compare.

God never compares you to others.

There is danger when you connect things that weren’t meant to be connected.

As you reflect on the message this week, use some of these questions to consider how God might be working within and around you.

What is your relationship with comparison within your own life? Where do you struggle with this?
Why is it significant to recognize that God never compares you to others? Instead God judges according to what is right, what’s the difference? How does this change how you live?
There is power in recognizing that “we are not.” Where is the power in knowing that you don’t have to be God, but instead are free to be who God made you to be?
