Relentlessly Pursuing

April 7, 2024

Key Points

  • The church should never be outpaced.
  • In God’s Kingdom, the highest seat takes the lowest form – a servant.
  • When you’re in pursuit, you have the heart of a servant.
  • Bearing your cross isn’t a status symbol. It’s an identity marker of your purpose.
  • True hope is relentless for the hopeless.

Discussion Questions:

1) Where in your life have you made excuses in order to avoid God’s invitation or a calling on your life?
2) We are called to have the same passion that Jesus had for those that are lost – that is the cross we are called to bear. We are to relentlessly pursue those that do not know Him. How are you doing that? How CAN you do that as you move throughout this week/month/year?
3) Take time to pray. Spend time asking God to give you a relentless heart for those that do not know Him. Pray for boldness and passion to pursue the hopeless and for the words to share your faith. Ask God to reveal opportunities and people in your life that you can “bear your cross” and Be Hope to others.
