Adversity is not the failure of God, but the favor of God.

Your focus defines your future. In your life, are you more focused on what’s making you a victim or what’s giving you a victory? How has your perspective changed the outcome of a situation in the past?
Suffering in our life produces perseverance. It’s not the failure of God, but is instead the favor of God on our lives. We go through adversity so that God can make us into who He wants us to become. What is the suffering in your life currently producing? “Sob story” or “I’m still standing”?
What is one thing that you need to let go of, and one thing that you can do to put God first this week? This month? This year?
