Day seven
You Are Called.
God didn’t create you by accident. The Bible says you are God’s masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus to do good works that He prepared in advance for you to do (Ephesians 2:10). That means you are uniquely wired—with your personality, passions, and experiences—for something only you can bring into the world.
Your calling isn’t just about a job or title. It’s about living in a way that reflects Jesus and unleashes hope wherever you go. For some, that may look like teaching or leading; for others, it’s parenting, serving, encouraging, creating, or showing kindness in places no one else sees. Every act of obedience and love becomes part of your calling.
When you live into the way God designed you, people around you get a glimpse of His hope. Your calling is not about being perfect—it’s about being willing. Each day, you have the opportunity to step into the good work God has already set before you.
Scripture Focus:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.”
- 1 Peter 4:10-11
Pause + Pray
God, thank You for creating me with a purpose.
Show me how to use my gifts to point others to You.
Help me to live courageously and faithfully in the calling You’ve placed on my life.
Amen.
