The most important piece of your formation isn’t what you know, it’s what you love.
You cannot love what you don’t know.
“Sometimes you need to see someone else love something in order to love it yourself. It is as if they are showing you the way.” – Donald Miller
The splash is the event, the ripple is the legacy.
Questions for Reflection:
What does it mean to be a disciple-maker? What does it mean to be in partnerships with the local church but not completely dependent on it when it comes to building disciples?
Jesus came to serve and we have the same calling placed upon our lives. But at times serving is not our first instinct. What are some challenges and sacrifices that come with stepping into that calling of investing in people?
Our goal is never to wait for an opportunity to invest in people, but to seek out chances. How do you need to start living this out? What are some ways you can intentionally look to serve others?
