PURPOSE
The Care Team brings encouragement, prayer, and the presence of Jesus to people in difficult seasons. Through visits in homes and hospitals, you can remind someone that they are never alone. The Care Hope Team serves at various times based on the needs of our church family.
OPPORTUNITIES
Care Team Member
Responsible for reaching out to individuals who have requested a visit, phone call, or greeting card. Team members may be expected to visit with, pray for, and connect with community members in their homes, hospitals, or long term care facilities.
