PURPOSE
The Care Team seeks to combat loneliness in our community by connecting with the elderly, sick or homebound individuals who are not able to make it through the physical doors of the church.
OPPORTUNITIES
Care Team Member
Responsible for reaching out to individuals who have requested a visit, phone call, or greeting card. Team members may be expected to visit with, pray for, and connect with community members in their homes, hospitals, or long term care facilities.
