HOPE TEAM

PURPOSE

The media team exists to creatively communicate the church's vision and message. They manage visual, audio, and digital content to enhance worship and outreach. Their role includes photography, video production, and social media. Through excellence in media, they help engage the congregation and reach the community.

OPPORTUNITIES

Photographer
Take photos of weekly services, baptism celebrations, and special events for use in creative, social media, and promotional materials.

Ministry Specific Expectations:
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of photography.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new methods for various mediums and audiences.
Videographer
Take videos of weekly services and special events for use in creative, social media, and promotional materials.

Ministry Specific Expectations:
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of videography.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new methods for various mediums and audiences.
Website & App
Under the direction of the Be Hope Communications Director, this team will edit and create content for the website to engage first-time visitors and optimize the online experience.

Ministry Specific Expectations:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Moderate knowledge of website platforms.
Social Media
Post on Be Hope Church’s social stories on weekends and at events to show the culture and experience of Be Hope Church.

Ministry Specific Expectations:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends. 
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of photography/videography.
Content Creator
Under the direction of the Be Hope Communications Director, this team will curate and share content for the Be Hope social media accounts to engage the community.

Ministry Specific Expectations:
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends. 
  • Ability to maintain brand standards with high attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of videography and photography.  
Editing & Filtering
This team brings polish and consistency to photos and videos by editing and filtering media for use in church platforms and promotions.
