The Production Team helps create an environment where people can encounter God without distraction. Whether you’re behind a camera, running sound, or bringing a creative idea to life, we’ll equip you to use your skills to make every worship experience inspiring.
OPPORTUNITIES
Director
You’ll lead the team, call camera shots, and keep media flowing with the service so the creative expression of
worship stays strong. This role needs clear communication and the ability to stay calm and think fast in a busy
environment. You’ll need to arrive early and be available for all weekend services when you’re scheduled. It’s also
helpful if you’re willing to jump into other production roles when needed.
Tech Director
You’ll work closely with the Director, running the video system and timing transitions so everything hits at the right
moment. This role needs good listening skills and solid focus. You’ll need to be available for all weekend services
when you’re scheduled.
Screens Operator
You’ll follow the service media plan and control when the slides appear on screen. Knowing the timing of worship
songs really helps. You’ll need to be available for all weekend services when you’re scheduled, and it’s great if you’re
open to serving in other production areas too.
Camera Operator
You’ll get to be right in the middle of what God is doing, capturing moments of worship — hands raised, musicians
playing with the gifts they’ve been given, the whole room responding. There are different camera positions and skill
levels, so there’s room to grow. You’ll need to be able to stand for more than 30 minutes and carry up to about 30 lbs.
You can serve one service or multiple, depending on your availability. Being flexible to help in other production areas
is a plus.
Audio Technician
You’ll be responsible for the overall sound experience — band, speakers, videos, hosts, and the online stream.
Previous mixing experience is needed for this role. You’ll be part of band rehearsals and all weekend services when
you’re scheduled. Flexibility to serve in other production areas is also helpful.
Lighting Operator
You’ll run the lighting console to shape the atmosphere and support what’s happening on stage and in the room. This
role needs attention to detail and the ability to follow cues smoothly. You’ll need to be available for weekend services
when you’re scheduled, and it’s great if you’re open to serving in other production areas as well.
