HOPE TEAM

PURPOSE

Be Hope Production has the unique opportunity to produce creative and expressive worship to our God through weekend services. They capture what God is doing and share it through a broadcast—through the building and online—so everyone can participate. Our goal is not only to worship God with our talents, but to help others worship by removing the obstacles of engagement.  To ensure a high quality of excellence, all positions within this department require training prior to serving.

OPPORTUNITIES

Director
In this position you direct the team to organize camera shots and media in the flow of the service to aid in the creativity and expression of worship.  Need communication skills and to think clearly in a fast-paced environment. This person arrives early and is available for all weekend services when serving in this position. They should be flexible to serve in other production areas.
Tech Director
In this position you are operating the video system controls in conjunction with the director to correctly time out transitions. Need listening skills, attentiveness, and availability for all weekend services when serving in this position. 
Screens Operator
This person follows the pre-programmed layout of service media and controls when the slides are displayed. Need to know the timing of worship songs be available to serve in all weekend services. They should be flexible to serve in other production areas.
Camera Operator
As a camera operator you get to be on the front lines of what God is doing and actively capture the worship experience in a way that conveys the movement of God among us. This might be in the way someone worships with their hands raised or how a musician plays with the talents given them. There are many different camera positions with different skill levels. Abilities needed are to stand for more than 30min and carry 30 lbs. Can serve one or multiple services a weekend per availability or desire. They should be flexible to serve in other production areas.
Audio Technician
This position requires previous sound mixing experience.  This person is responsible for the overall sound experience of the band, speakers, videos, hosts, and online.  This person is a part of all band rehearsals and all weekend services when serving in this position. They should be flexible to serve in other production areas.
