PURPOSE
Here at Be Hope Students, our mission is that students own their faith before they are on their own. We do this by 1) having stupid amounts of fun, 2) helping everyone belong, 3) and making sure every student knows it is better when they are here.
OPPORTUNITIES
Small Group Leader
Spiritually lead a group of age-specific students on Wednesday nights throughout the school year. This role requires consistency and a willingness to go above and beyond to connect with students and propel them forward in their faith.
Worship Band
Craft and give students the ability to experience worship culture.
Ministry Specific Responsibilities:

- Lead students in worship during Youth Night.
- Combination of helping pull students into the band and helping them gain competency in musical areas while also being a part of the band yourself.
Safety Team
Create a safe environment for students.

- Keep students where they need to be during Wednesday Night activities. This will start summer 2023.
Behavior Buddy
All students have energy – some students at Youth Night come with extra! Serve as a one-on-one “buddy” for a student to help them maintain Youth Night behavior expectations. This role is one that will be created by genuine, relational connection.
Guest Experience
Be the first welcoming face someone sees when students walk in and make them feel welcome and cared for right away.

- Team Areas: Parking Lot Team; Door Greeter; First-Time Guest Welcome Desk
Tech Team
Create an engaging and fun atmosphere for students during the midweek experience.

- Scheduling students to work on lights, sound, and computer on Wednesday Nights.
