The Be Hope Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed for college students who want to grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on ministry experience. Interns will work closely with each ministry department, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how Be Hope Church shares the hope of Jesus in our communities.

What's the purpose of the internship?
The internship experience was created to help individuals discover if a career in ministry is a passion they want to pursue. It is designed to make them more aware of their strengths, weaknesses, and identities. This program is designed for future leaders to engage in ministry firsthand, clarify their calling, and experience spiritual transformation.
What is the length of the internship?
12 weeks (May 11 - August 6)
When is the deadline to apply?
The application deadline is April 25th.
Are there age limits?
The minimum age to apply is 17 years old.
Where will I live?
If you need housing during your 12 weeks, we have several options that we can discuss with you.
How many hours per week are expected?
Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
What does a typical day look like?
You’ll jump into real ministry, take ownership of projects within each team, sit at the table in team meetings, and be part of intentional moments like leadership development.
What your day looks like is dependent on the ministry rotation, however, all ministries must be present for weekend services and Wednesdays.

Do I need a personal vehicle?
You will need reliable transportation to and from the church.
Will I get paid?
If you are a college student, you will receive a weekly stipend.
